I had originally put five stars for the great price for my tire purchase a few weeks back. I felt I needed to give them more of a shout out for what happened today. My truck died while I was at Walmart and the sounds it made trying to turn over were something else. I called them right away because of how good my experience was for the tire purchase and I am so glad I did. They helped connect me to an amazing, local tow service. They were so helpful and accommodating for me to bring my truck to them right away so they can figure out what’s going on. I would give more stars if I could.

Very nice and informative group of guys. Answered my questions in a non-condescending way. Aligned the wheels and the vehicle holds the road so much better. Highly recommend this small business!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Scott’s Tire believing I could trust them, especially since I lost my husband and have to rely on people I hope are honest. I even wrote a great review for them but I took it away now because I brought my car in to get A/C checked (that they replaced somewhere around 2021) and when they got back with me, I was told I needed a new compressor, brakes (which I need but charges were high) was told something melted to my Axel, and handed me an estimate of over 5400.00. I took my car to Scott’s auto and golf cart and found out I only needed freon for the AC and the brakes were $800 and nothing is melted to my Axle. My bill is 1102.00 at Scott’s auto and golf cart. Big difference and I’m not happy for the attempt to charge me for work that didn’t need to be done. I do notice that with some of the one star reviews, you respond with saying “you’re not in our system”. Here’s the estimate you gave me yesterday since you can’t seem to find me in your system. You want to charge me 1252.00 for brakes and at Scott’s automotive and cart repair I’m paying 800.00 total for brakes.

I am from out of state and my vehicle was leaking oil. I called Anthony on a Monday afternoon. He scheduled me for first thing the next morning. They diagnosed my vehicle and gave me recommendations on repairs and the estimated cost. Because of the mileage, I also had them due some recommended maintenance on the vehicle. They were very prompt and professional from the first call all the way to picking the vehicle up when it was finished. All repairs were done on the following day after the initial call. I appreciate their friendly customer service and quality of their work. I feel that they are fair and reasonable on their charges for services preformed. I would highly recommend Scott's Tire & Service and look forward to future business with them when we are back in the area.
